She takes pride in educating and advising clients as she helps direct them on paths to achieving their goals through her active listening skills, while joyfully pursuing her deep passion for intuitively guiding clients through some of the most challenging and exciting times in their lives.
Shanon obtained a Bachelor of Science degree, Master’s degree in International Business, Earth Advantage Broker designation, Commercial Real Estate Advisory Certification, and was the Program & Research Developer for the prestigious global Accredited Luxury Home Specialist designation for the Luxury Home Council. Additionally, as a licensed Principal Broker since 2013, Shanon has consistently received Top Realtor and President awards year after year as she continuously strives to assist her clients with their Real Estate goals.
She continued her passion for education and was Co-Founder of eRealEstateCoach.com online Real Estate training platform that teaches Realtors throughout the globe how to improve their skills and maximize their performance while providing an ultimate experience for their clients. In addition to being a Consultant, Shanon has spent many years in efforts to better the local community by serving on various non-profit boards and organizations, as well as the City of Medford Housing & Community Development Commission as she worked diligently to address housing issues centered on growth and development while meeting the needs of community members to provide safe, decent, and affordable housing for all.
Shanon also stayed connected with the community by writing monthly Real Estate market updates, tips, trends, stats, and more for Medford Sneak Preview magazine in her “At Home with Shanon” column that has been delivered to 47,000+ homes since 2014, as well as has contributed to East Medford Life magazine, loves appearing as Guest Speaker on the Real Estate Radio Show and was featured on A&E TV network Real Estate Reality TV show. She is currently pursuing the International Property Specialist designation to help expand global Real Estate educational opportunities and resources for all investors worldwide to successfully achieve their investment goals.

Steve has had a passion for Real Estate since he was 18, when he received his Real
Estate license in his home-state of Texas. Steve brings nearly 20 years of experience
in property management, real estate investment, and short-term rental management to
eXp Realty.
Steve has called Southern Oregon home for over 15 years and is an active member of
our community. His community volunteer efforts include the past President for the
Southern Oregon Humane Society, Board Member and Treasurer for Rogue Valley
Habitat for Humanity, and Chairperson of the Housing Commission for the City of
Medford.
Steve also enjoys travelling, walking his rescue dogs, supporting Boston
