Get Pre-Qualified


The first step is to ensure you are pre-qualified for a mortgage loan to finance the purchase of your new home, determine the price range, closing costs, etc.  You will work with a Mortgage Lender who will assist in completing your application and gathering required documentation to obtain a pre-approval and discuss options available to meet your financing and investment goals. Most Lenders require the minimum following information that you can prepare in advance: 

  • Federal Income Personal & Business Tax Returns with W-2 forms from the past 2 years. (Include all Schedules, Attachments, and K-1s)

  • Two pay stubs from the last 30 days

  • Two months of bank statements & investments statements

  • Copy of Picture ID & Insurance Agent's contact info

  • If Applicable: Award letters for social security and pension incomes, Proof of alimony/child support, Bankruptcy papers, divorce decree, recent 2 months or quarterly statements for 401k(s), stocks, and other investments.

**Your Lender may require different and/or additional documents specific to your file.​

Then, schedule a Buyer Consultation Call with one of our Team Members. We'll send you customized listings based on your search criteria, save favorites, conduct searches, get status updates, and more to better assist you.

In today's market with online access and visibility to interior photos and virtual tours of listings, Buyers can sift through the pros and cons at their leisure. 

Once properties are identified that meet your Needs & Wants, it will be time to schedule an appointment with a Showing Agent to tour. Please be prepared with your pre-qualification process with your lender of choice and also be emotionally ready for the change.

We will not just assist in the search, and access to property and information, but will also analyze market data to put your best foot forward when making a strong offer, negotiate the terms, and help see you to closing day to get your keys! 
After a review of properties and CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) of your property of choice, your Realtor will help you structure a strong offer based on today's market to the Seller to outline your contingencies and terms of the contract. 
Once the offer is accepted, we will continue to act as your "umbrella" to assist coordination of inspections, property information, and more during escrow. From there, final documentation and clearance are given from the Lender and arrive at the title company for all parties to sign, once Title records you can take possession of your new property. You could be in your new home in as little as 30-60 days-how exciting!
